Homework Planner does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no account to create. Your homework stays on your own devices and, if you are signed into iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage. The developer cannot see any of it.
Everything you enter in the app is stored on your device:
If you are signed into iCloud, this information syncs between your own devices — iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch — through Apple's iCloud service, using your personal iCloud account. It is stored in your private iCloud database, which only you can access. The developer has no access to it and no way to read it.
If you are not signed into iCloud, the information never leaves the device it was entered on.
The app has no server of its own. No information is ever sent to the developer or to any third party.
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to take a photo of an assignment, and for photo library access only when you choose to attach an existing photo. You can decline either, and the rest of the app works normally.
Photos you attach are stored with the assignment, in the same places described above. They are not uploaded anywhere else.
Deleting an assignment in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes everything stored on that device. To remove data held in iCloud, use Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage on your Apple device.
The app is intended for students and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because no information is collected or transmitted to the developer, there is nothing for the developer to disclose, delete, or share.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
