Privacy Policy

The short version

Ticklist does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no account to create. Your lists stay on your iPhone. The app makes no network requests at all, so there is nothing to send anywhere even if someone wanted it.

What the app stores

Everything you enter in the app is stored on your device:

• Your lists — their names, icons, and any notes you write on them
• The items on them — what each one is, how many, the heading you filed it under, and any note
• Which items you have ticked off, and when
• When a list was last finished and last cleared

This is written to a private database inside the app's own container. Nothing else on your iPhone can read it, and nothing leaves the device.

What the app does not do

• It does not transmit your data anywhere. There is no networking code in the app.
• It does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services.
• It does not ask for an account, an email address, or any personal details.
• It does not access your location, contacts, calendar, photos, or Health.
• It does not send notifications, so it never asks for permission to.
• It does not share or sell anything, because nothing leaves your iPhone to be shared or sold.

Deleting your data

Deleting a list in the app removes it and everything on it immediately. Deleting Ticklist from your iPhone removes everything it holds.

There is no copy anywhere else. If you have iCloud device backups turned on, your Ticklist data may be included in that backup, which is covered by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one.

Children

Ticklist is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Ticklist ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
