Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

The short version

Streak does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no account to create. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. The app makes no network requests at all, so there is nothing to send anywhere even if someone wanted it.

What the app stores

Everything you enter in the app is stored on your device:

This is written to a private database inside the app's own container, in a storage area shared only between Streak and its home screen widget. Nothing else on your iPhone can read it, and nothing leaves the device.

What the app does not do

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, Streak asks iOS for permission to send notifications and schedules a single repeating local notification at the time you pick. It is scheduled by your iPhone and delivered by your iPhone — no server is involved. You can turn it off inside Streak, or revoke the permission entirely in Settings › Notifications › Streak.

Deleting your data

Deleting an entry or an activity in the app removes it immediately. Deleting Streak from your iPhone removes everything it holds.

There is no copy anywhere else. If you have iCloud device backups turned on, your Streak data may be included in that backup, which is covered by Apple's privacy policy rather than this one.

Children

Streak is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Streak ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
